Scope van de openbare raadpleging
Deze revisie beperkt zich uitsluitend tot de aspecten gerelateerd aan het vermogenbeheersysteem voor batterijen in kleine productie-installaties.
Een grondige revisie van het technisch voorschrift C10/11 is voorzien in het kader van de publicatie van de NC RfG 2.0.
Voor het aangepaste tekstvoorstel : zie paragrafen met lijnnummers in het te consulteren document.
Consultatieperiode
Synergrid nodigt alle belanghebbenden uit om eventuele opmerkingen en suggesties te formuleren in de voor publieke consultatie voorgelegde documenten, gebruikmakend van onderstaand webformulier.
De consultatieperiode loopt gedurende 1 maand, van dinsdag 24 juni 2025 tot en met donderdag 24 juli 2025 om 17h.
Na de consultatieperiode verzamelt Synergrid alle ontvangen opmerkingen en feedback. Na analyse door haar leden zal Synergrid deze opmerkingen integreren in een consultatierapport dat ook de antwoorden van de leden van Synergrid op de opmerkingen zal omvatten.

De consultatietool laat toe op een gestructureerde manier uw opmerkingen in te voeren.
Gezien de strikte timing kunnen enkel opmerkingen ingediend via deze consultatietool (webformulier) in aanmerking genomen worden
Aparte mails en documenten via andere kanalen zullen niet geanalyseerd worden.
Het consultatiedocument is beschikbaar in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, en lijnnummers zijn voorzien bij aangepaste tekstvoorstel zodat u deze lijnnummers als referentie kan gebruiken bij het indienen van uw opmerkingen.

The Synergrid technical commission CE10 has drafted a proposal for an amendment to the technical prescription C10/11 (connection of power generating units) to allow, for small power generating installations, the use of the data of the P1 port of the DSO’s smart meter, as an alternative to the EnFluRi sensor.
Scope of the public consultation
This revision is limited exclusively to the aspects related to the power control system for batteries in small power generating installations.
A comprehensive revision of C10/11 is scheduled in the context of the publication of the NC RfG 2.0.
In the document for consultation, the adapted text proposal is indicated with line numbers.
Consultation period
Synergrid invites all stakeholders to express their comments and suggestions on the documents submitted for public consultation, using the web form below.
The consultation period will run for 1 month from Tuesday 24 June 2025 to Thursday 24 July 2025, at 5 pm.
After the consultation period, Synergrid will collect all the comments and reactions from stakeholders. After it has been analysed by its members, Synergrid will incorporate these comments into a consultation report which will also include Synergrid members' responses to the comments.
