Portée de la consultation publique
Cette révision se limite uniquement aux aspects liés au système de gestion de puissance pour les batteries dans les petites installations de production.
Une révision approfondie de la prescription technique C10/11 est prévue dans le cadre de la publication du NC RfG 2.0.

Période de la consultation publique
Synergrid invite toutes les parties prenantes à exprimer leurs commentaires et suggestions sur les documents soumis à consultation publique, en utilisant le formulaire web ci-dessous.
La période de consultation s'étalera sur 1 mois du mardi 24 juin 2025 jusqu’au jeudi 24 juillet 2025 à 17h.
Après la période de consultation, Synergrid recueille tous les commentaires et réactions des parties prenantes. Après analyse par ses membres, Synergrid intégrera ce commentaire dans un rapport de consultation qui inclura également les réponses des membres de Synergrid aux commentaires.

The Synergrid technical commission CE10 has drafted a proposal for an amendment to the technical prescription C10/11 (connection of power generating units) to allow, for small power generating installations, the use of the data of the P1 port of the DSO’s smart meter, as an alternative to the EnFluRi sensor.
Scope of the public consultation
This revision is limited exclusively to the aspects related to the power control system for batteries in small power generating installations.
A comprehensive revision of C10/11 is scheduled in the context of the publication of the NC RfG 2.0.
In the document for consultation, the adapted text proposal is indicated with line numbers.
Consultation period
Synergrid invites all stakeholders to express their comments and suggestions on the documents submitted for public consultation, using the web form below.
The consultation period will run for 1 month from Tuesday 24 June 2025 to Thursday 24 July 2025, at 5 pm.
After the consultation period, Synergrid will collect all the comments and reactions from stakeholders. After it has been analysed by its members, Synergrid will incorporate these comments into a consultation report which will also include Synergrid members' responses to the comments.

Due to the strict timing, only comments submitted via this consultation tool (web form) can be considered.
Separate emails and documents via other channels will not be analysed.
